Science Bite has more than 16 years of experience in healthcare marketing. We provide scientific communication for healthcare professionals, create compelling awareness campaigns, and develop marketing tools for OTC and wellness products along the customer journey.

The bases we need you to cover so that you would fit with the team:

- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and customer demands;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Good typing speed;
- Customer focus;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Basic digital design knowledge;

Main responsibilities:

- Replying to customer queries, answering inbound emails, and live chat messages.
- Participating in weekly meetings with international clients;
- Prioritizing tasks and keeping daily/weekly/monthly KPIs;
- Providing high-quality service to our customers;
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Estimating project quotes and managing client finances.
- Prepare design briefs and structure customer’s ideas.
- Training sessions and ongoing support of new and existing customers.
