For one of our clients – a fast-growing company in the online gaming and entertainment industry, we are searching for responsible, organized and proactive individuals for the role of Customer Service Shift Supervisor for a Gaming Company.

Key Duties:
Handle customer complaints or issues that regular support can't solve.
Work with other teams to resolve sensitive cases.
Manage serious incidents and complex player questions.
Prepare daily reports on performance and key stats.
Provide necessary information, approvals, and permissions.
Keep the team updated on important issues and changes.
Oversee resources and monitor performance to meet goals.
Identify and report potential issues that could affect revenue.
Participate in management meetings to share updates and feedback.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience as a customer support agent in online casinos is a must.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, with problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Ability to manage tasks, analyze performance, and simplify complex information.
Experience in senior roles, reporting, and training is a plus.
