industry is seeking responsible, organized, and proactive individuals for the role of CS Agent
for a Gaming Company - On-site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction for casino and
sportsbook clients;
* Handle customer account queries and issues via phone, email, and live chat;
* Respond promptly to customer requests, maintain detailed records, and meet performance
targets;
* Ensure adherence to risk standards and contribute to team success.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent grammar;
* Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and resilient;
* Accountable, organized, and focused on achieving goals.
