For one of our clients – an iGaming performance marketing agency dedicated to acquiring the highest quality users at the best cost for our partners. We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the senior marketing team in daily reporting and tracking activities, as well as analyzing the performance of various platforms. You will play a key role in determining the success of our marketing strategies and proposing alternative solutions when necessary. This position requires a strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the senior team in daily reporting and tracking tasks;
* Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4;
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to help shape marketing strategies;
* Propose viable solutions to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals;
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of analytics and marketing strategies;
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.

Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or analytics role;
* Strong background in analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data;
* Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 is preferred;
* Ability to work independently and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment;
* Fluency in English at a C1 level is mandatory;
* Experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.
