For one of our clients – an iGaming performance marketing agency dedicated to acquiring the highest quality users at the best cost for our partners. We are on a lookout for a Junior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist the senior team in building and optimizing landing pages, collecting data from tests, and handling various reporting tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of performance marketing specialists and gain hands-on experience in the iGaming industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages to improve conversion rates;
* Help collect data from tests and support the team with reporting tasks as needed;
* Collaborate with senior team members to implement effective strategies for performance marketing;
* Gain valuable experience by working on diverse projects within the iGaming sector;
* Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
* Experience in the iGaming sector is mandatory;
* Enthusiastic about learning and training in the iGaming sector;
* A C1-C2 level of English is required;
* No previous marketing experience is required, but it is a significant advantage.
