Junior Brand Manager

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of the brand strategy;
• Generation of product and communication concepts;
• Brand communication development – work with advertising agencies, production houses, design and research agencies;
• Monitoring and analysis of categories, trends, competitors, and consumer attitudes on the focus markets;
• Sales and brand performance analysis, incl. P&L analysis;
• Organization of consumer research;
• Close collaboration with the Research & Development, Production and Local Marketing teams;
• Portfolio management and pricing strategy;
• Budget monitoring, invoice and legal documents management;
• Project management;

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar;
• 1,5-2 years of experience in Consumer marketing or Product development in the FMCG industry;
• English proficiency – both written and spoken;
• Excellent MS Office skills;
• Experience in the presentation and argumentation of ideas/strategy/concepts;
• Driver’s license;
