For one of our clients – a company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Social Media Specialist with Estonian/Slovenian/Latvian and English (Full-time or Part-time/ Remote).

Responsibilities:
*Provide customer support via tickets, phone calls, and social media platforms;
*Address customer inquiries, issues, and product questions promptly;
*Resolve concerns related to home appliances, coffee makers, and other household products;
*Offer solutions and troubleshooting advice for products;
*Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience;
*Stay informed about new products and updates.

Qualifications:
*Very good language skills in Estonian/Slovenian/Latvian and English;
*Experience in customer support across various channels, including social media;
*Knowledge of home appliances or customer service for tech products is a plus;
*Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
*Customer-focused with attention to detail.
