For one of our clients – one of the leading companies in the BPO industry. We are looking for
skilled, tech-oriented and friendly people for the role Tech Care Representative with German
or Hungarian and English (Hybrid model).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling technical requests through outbound calls, ticketing systems, and remote sessions;
* Troubleshooting and resolving service performance issues;
* Providing solutions based on established procedures;
* Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent support;
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting their expectations.

Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in one of the required languages and English;
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly;
* Willingness to take on new challenges;
* Interest in specializing in various Microsoft services;
* Previous technical experience or relevant education.
