We are currently looking for a dynamic person for taking the responsibility of:


ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT


Responsibilities:

•Organizing office reception;
•Responsible for registration and distribution of the incoming and preparing and sending the outgoing post;
•Coordinate approval process on all internal documents and distribute them to appropriate departments;
•Support the Company management in administrative matter and daily activities;
•Display messages, Group and local press releases, organizational announcements and all useful information for employees on the info boards;
•Cover the relationship with hotel providers, travel and tickets operators, car rental companies, regularly reviews the contract and condition (minimum annually) and prepares proposals for update or change;
•Verify and preparing the splitting of all invoices related to above mentioned services provided by the suppliers.


Requirements:

•English proficiency in spoken and written;
•PC literate (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.);
•Good communication skills;
•Dynamic and proactive;
•Capable of taking quick decisions and meet strict deadlines and bring all tasks to completion;
•Organizational skills;
•Detail oriented and good cooperation with internal and external parties.
•Clear driving licence
