Position Title: IT Specialist

You will be part of a global team responsible for delivery of password manager, email, collaboration and productivity tools, endpoint management, and mobility services to Experian's workforce.

What you will do:
Service Management for 1Password, global password manager tool
Design, and managе solutions using Intune, Azure, and JAMF.
Implement enterprise solutions across multiple Microsoft/Apple/Android device management platforms and Microsoft O365
Follow ITIL standards and processes
Incident resolution
Problem Management
Change Management
Maintain production systems (including on-call cover where required)
BAU queue management
Real-time monitoringalerting
Identify and automate manual tasks and processes
T23 technology SME
Create support documentation
Make recommendations and implement process improvements and technology changes based on best practices

What you will bring:
Proficiency in English
3+ years of experience on a similar role
Readiness to work within a team
Experienced at troubleshooting
Familiarity with performance, capacity planning and tuning of Microsoft operating systems
Familiarity with 1Password or a similar cloud-based password manager tool, Microsoft Azure, OKTA SSO, and Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Device Management and Administration, systems such as Microsoft Intune and Apple JAMF
Email Hygiene systems such as Proofpoint
Readiness to be accountable for service delivery and delivery timelines
Automation skills
Readiness to build business relations with colleagues within the business to promote Digital Workplace
