When you join our team, you will:
Perform pre-close and final inspections throughout a layover and record all findings.
In case of major findings report in the relevant system
Familiar with the layover work scope in all areas and Customer standards for cosmetic items.
Coordination with Team Leaders and Customer representatives where Customer acceptance is required
Analyse findings of their (and customer, where applicable) inspections and debrief Bay Managers, Project Engineers and Team Leaders
Propose and submit actions / training for continuous improvement to the Bay Managers, Project Engineers and Team Leaders
Support in developing and documenting production work procedures and processes
Conduct regular trainings in Production department

You match our need, if you have:
Technical university degree in mechanical, electrical, aircraft engineering or industrial management or relevant job experience;
More than 5 years experience in aircraft heavy maintenance;
Valid EASA CAT B1 or B2 license for relevant aircraft;
High apperception skills;
Willing to work in flexible working time;
Physical and mental strength;
Fit for confined space access and working at heights;
