The company was founded in 1963 in Barcelona and in 2007 created a subsidiary "TUCAI BULGARIA" EOOD specializing in the manufacture of flexible connections for water, gas and fuel. The company is export oriented and exports its products to more over 40 countries. Our customers are in the construction business - mainly in the field of heating and water supply. For the factory in Aydemir, region Silistra we are looking to hire an experienced professional for the position
PROCESS ENGINEERING
YOUR ROLE:
• Control, support and improve the manufacturing processes;
• Participate in implementation and validation of new technologies, processes and products, follow the schedules and plans set out by the Technical office Manager;
• Acting role and suggest changes on technologies, processes, layout, organization or etc. bringing improvements on indicators as quality, efficiency and productivity;
• Manage parameter changes of the process, preparation and first samples testing;
(with assistance of the Production & Quality departments);
• Preparing of technical documentation, working instruction, recording of process changes up to their validation and during their production life;
• Inform periodically Technical office Manager about changes in progress;
• Define Technical department's resources needs according production plans and schedules for implementation of new processes and machines.

YOUR SUCCESSFUL PROFILE:
• Technical education (engineer or bachelor degree) - preferred mechanical, electronic, electric or industrial background;
• Experience with a similar position in a manufacturing environment is preferred;
• Experience in technical documentation, familiar with MS Office;
• Basic knowledge with Quality Management System;
• Team work skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Command of English language - technical;
• Readiness for enhancing the professional skills and acquisition of new knowledge's;
• Proactive person with good problem solving skills;
• Ability to train operators and transferring of technical knowledge.
• 3 years of working experience in the same position or related position in a manufacturing company; Will be an advantage a previous working experience in a foreigner company
