For one of our clients we are looking for an:

HR Specialist, based in Veliko Tarnovo

Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the coordination and management of organizational HR processes and activities.
• Maintain a CV database and organize the recruitment process – schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, etc.
• Coordinate employer branding activities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees on each level, with company and industry partners.
• Maintain registers of clients, vendors and other entities.
• Perform other work-related duties.

Experience and skills required:
• University Degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in the HR field will be considering with advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships an communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluent in English.
