Our Client is a construction investment company with over 25 years of presence on the local and international market. Today, the holding unites more than 150 specialists from various fields: construction, development, architecture, design and furnishing, accounting and auditing, real estate management, transfer, security, hotel management, entertainment complexes, restaurants, recreational and SPA centres.

For their office in Burgas they are looking for a highly motivated and responsible and professional to join the team at the position of:

Front Office Sales Consultant

The profile:
University degree;
Fluency in English;
Previous experience in the area of sales would be considered an advantage;
Very good computer literacy – MS Office, Internet;
Highly skilled in communication and presentations ;
Ability to work in dynamic environment and working directly with clients;
Being able to show initiative, time management and organisation of tasks, team working.

The position:
Carrying out consultancy work in real estate transactions;
Accepts incoming customer inquiries by phone, email or in the office;
Conducting meetings and viewing of properties with the Broker in charge;
Preparation of the necessary information and documentation in relation to preparing an offer to clients;
Research and analysis on the market;
Preparation of reports for the needs of the management.
