The company operates in the field of Oil & Gas as a partner of leading international companies in the implementation of large-scale projects.
For Balkan Stream project we are looking for Site Services Manager, to work on the site of the project located in Veliko Turnovo.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK TASKS:
- Provide full administrative support ;
- Maintain calendars, organize meetings, prepares minutes and follow-ups;
- Arrange and coordinate business trips, hotel and flight bookings;
- Organize events, meetings, visits of business partners , customers and employees;
- Manage effectively the communication flow with external organizations and individuals;
- Act as point of contact and be a positive "I can" attitude.
- Coordinate the information flow, assignments and work tasks, tracks and reports the progress;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to build and manage effective relationships at all levels;
- Proactive and positive personality;
- Resilience and adaptability to the dynamic changing work environment;
- High level of organizational, prioritization and time management skills;

QUALIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- University degree;
- Excellent command in English, Italian language;
- Very good office administration skills;
- Advanced MS Office user (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Experience on a similar position +5 years;
- Driving license cat. B;
