Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as center stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of PCBs and complete devices rejected from production test equipment
Analysis of devices rejected by the customer (customer claims)
In both cases, analysis includes:
Electrical measurements using analog and digital measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, etc.)
Optical inspection
Mechanical measurements
Test of rejected/claimed devices at the Universal test equipment
Describe the analysis results in Database
Prepare statistics
Notify all involved departments in case of detection of mass defective material in production
Helps to identify problems in production test equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant technical education, preferably in Electronic
Knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word and Excel).
At least 2 years experience at a similar position
Knowledge and skills in repairing circuit boards and electronic devices
Experience in working with SAP or other ERP system is an advantage
Working level of English, German is an advantage
Available to work on 3 shifts
Ability to work on their own as well as in a team, good communication skills
Problem solving skills, goal orientated
