Easy Consult was established in 2004 and is the fastest-growing Bulgarian Recruitment company on the market, focused on Experts and Management search, IT search, Staffing and Outsourcing in a broad range of industries and job roles.In partnership with our client, a leading production company, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to step in the position of:
SALES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
The role:
- providing a high level of customer support and service in order to initiate and keep long term business partnerships;
- daily communication with customers or agents via e-mail and phone, understanding their requirements in terms of quality, price and time of delivery;
- preparation of trade offers, transport documentation – CMR, Packing list, invoices;
- communication with The Production department and keeping track of the different stages of production of the order;
- communication with the Finished goods Warehouse and the Logistics department in order to deliver the goods on time;
- keep track of on-time and delayed payments;
- representing the company at trade fairs, meeting current and potential clients as well as foreign market agents;
- preparing sales reports, revenue, and expenses reports, assistance in making market researches.
What you need:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field;
- Experience in sales with corporative clients would be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken, second foreign language will be a strong advantage;
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word and Excel) and the Internet;
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Being proactive and able to work under pressure;
- Friendly personality and a team player.
