Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as centre stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process, our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, organizes, directs and controls the repair work in the company
Organize, plan, manage and control the execution of tasks assigned to the department
Provides the necessary functional and organisational relationships with Warehouse Manager and Production Manager, as well as with the heads of other departments
Monitor the capacity and skills of technicians in the maintenance department.
Organizes keeping and storage of manufacturing and technical documentation.
Organize the removal of faults and malfunctions of machines and equipment.
Plans performing maintenance and estimates of required materials and energy resources and stocks of spare parts.
Maintain relationships with representatives of companies - manufacturers and suppliers of basic equipment and materials.
Summarizes the results of repairs and propose measures for their improvement
Participate in developing and organising the implementation of the internal regulations of the company - plans, strategies and plan - schedules
Develop schedules for shift work, duty and mode of disposal of the employer.
Participate in planning and organising the implementation of the investment program for construction of new production facilities, reconstruction and modernization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant technical education in electronic or mechanical engineering.
At least 2 years work experience at a similar position
Ability to work on their own as well as in a team
Experience with ISO/TS 16949
Advanced knowledge of English; German is an advantage.
Teamwork skills, good communication skills.
Problem solving skills, goal orientation.
Liable, disciplined and organized.
Dynamic person with high commitment
Knowledge of SAP
