Continuous Improvement Engineer

Your key responsibilities within the role:

• Ensure qualification of the product upon implementation, change or improvement of the technical installations and manufacturing processes;
• Implement operational technique and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a projects and at eliminating causes of inefficiencies;
• Participate in preventive processes analysis for continuous improvement;
• Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing work station for existing products;
• Contribute to the development of new products – from investigation to manufacturing;
• Take part on installation of new production equipment in the plant;
• Plan, develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and quality;
• Create and analyze reports and statistics to substantiate recommendations for implementation of process improvements;
• Evaluate the benefits of projects and find opportunities for savings.

The role of CI Engineer will require:

• Bachelor or master university degree in engineering;
• Good command of English – both written and spoken;
• Previous job experience in the production field;
• Analytical thinking;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
