HR GENERALIST
who will contribute to the business success by implementing top-notch HR practices and ensuring great people experience within the company.
If you are a passionate HR Expert who STRIVES FOR EXCELLENCE and feels confident about:
Managing, organizing and coordinating the overall HR activities in the company;
Implementing and executing successful HR strategies according to the international know-how and best practices in the company;
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals and to ensure a positive candidate experience;
Organizing all payroll, contract management and data management activities in compliance with Bulgarian laws and regulations;
Handling special employees’ requests, resolve conflicts and assist the management in order to ensure a positive, cooperative and productive work environment;
Identifying the training and development needs in the company and implementing established corporate frameworks.
If you desire to make an impact and BRING YOUR CREATIVE IDEAS alongside with:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience encompassing all aspects of Human Resources;
Experience in IT recruitment;
Knowledge on latest employment laws and regulations;
Fluent spoken and written English;
A proactive attitude, a positive approach and a “go-getter” mindset;
The ability to multi-task, to self-manage, solve problems and take initiative.
