HR Expert
Main responsibilities:
• Handle general HR administrative responsibilities.
• Handles personal HR files and monitors accuracy of the labor contracts, job descriptions and other relevant documentation;
• Process new hires and leavers information in all internal systems;
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation;
• Maintain employees relations and illustrate them all contractual and regulation aspects.
Requirements:
• University education in Human Resources or related business field;
• Practical experience as relevant position is a must;
• Professional attitude towards sensitive and confidential situations and documentation;
• Excellent level of English /written and spoken/;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
