We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as an IT Recruitment Expert.

previous experience in the full recruitment cycle
excellent knowledge in English language - both written and spoken
excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
ability to multi-task and adhere to deadline
What you will be doing:
implement different recruitment strategies
participate in the overall recruitment process
communicate actively with clients and candidates
develop pipelines for highly technical roles
research and implement new ways of attracting candidates
proactively search for candidates through different platforms and channels as well as your own network
create and manage job postings and conduct research on the labor market
organize and conduct interviews and provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner
effectively use the ATS system to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
provide regular recruitment reports and statistics as requested
