Job Description

As Operational Data & MI Analyst within Account Support Operations you will be responsible for developing, managing & improving a range of data & MI processes across the team. Your will work directly with the Operations Manager & Supervisors to introduce better workforce management processes, whilst improving data and MI reporting capabilities. The role will work with a range of stakeholders across Commercial, Billing & Sales teams.

What you'll be doing?

· Daily management of reporting accountabilities across a busy and complex operational environment
· Management of resource and capacity manager trackers to build effective workforce management processes
· Production of team & stakeholder KPI reporting presentations
· Simplification of reporting & data environments utilising the Tableau / Power BI / Excel reporting tools
· Tracking and monitoring of key SLA’s on a daily basis, flagging issues and opportunities to the management team
· Identification and delivery of efficiency opportunities using data analysis to identify improvements
· Supporting the ASO management team with complex reporting / MI / presentation requests
· Working across other Experian business information and data areas to seek opportunities to improve operational processes
· Delivering of goals / objectives in relation to improvement in ASO team performance;
· Actively participating in model development project from an end-to-end perspective including formulating the data extraction requirements, data cleaning, model validation, implementation testing and performance monitoring;
· Analyzing data to extract risk analytics patterns, identify emerging trends, and present detailed metrics of overall risk management solution effectiveness;
· Assessing the quality of source data;
· Maintaining and improving technical documentation.

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

· Experience of managing data & MI reporting within a Business Operations environment is desired;
· Experience with MS Office 365 (Power Apps/ Power BI/ Tableau);
· Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover insights from data / working with big amount of data;
· Advanced Excel skills;
· Experience of/desire to learn Power Automate, and/or low/no code applications;
· Familiar with relational databases;
· Experience with SalesForce / ServiceNow
· Good numerical capability – ideally holds Maths & English GCSE Level or equivalent qualifications
· Good understanding of Experian systems, tools and processes in relation Commercial Operations.
· Great communication skills; verbal and writing with and ability to present confidently
· Excellent organisational and collaboration skills
· Good time management skills and a multi-tasker
· Great written and spoken English
