For one of our clients – a globally present leading company in the BPO field. We searching
for attentive, organized and team-oriented people for the role of Operations Coordinator with
Dutch and English - No experience required (Hybrid work model).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee various processes related to a range of insurance products;
* Use specialized internal software systems for data processing and storage;
* Maintain written communication with brokers and uphold high professional standards;
* Ensure data and document accuracy, complying with company policies and local laws;
* Manage the creation, renewal, modification, transfer, and cancellation of policies;
* Promote a collaborative team culture to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
* Fluent in Dutch and English;
* Skilled with MS Word and Excel;
* Detail-oriented and precise, organized with strong task prioritization skills;
* Able to work well in a team setting;
* Experience in an administrative role is a plus but not essential.
