We are currently looking for Project Lead who will be responsible for undertaking and leading small projects, which includes scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

· Proactively manage internal and external teams and stakeholders to keep them informed throughout the execution of the project
· Accurately assesses project scope, duration, resources, and costs to define project plan and charter
· Control scope of projects, re-negotiating with the client where any additional requests result in further chargeable work or the need for revised timescales to maximize profitability and to understand project and product profitability
· Identify, mitigate, and recommend alternatives on handling risks and issues that threaten the successful completion of the project within deadlines
· Ensure change management process is adhered and followed
· Manage and prioritise the product backlog, running refinement sessions, planning sessions, sprint retros and daily team scrum stand ups
· Set up regular sessions with clients to ensure they have a route to providing feedback, and ensure this is logged and routinely prioritised (not that they would be the only team representative in the call but for them to own this process)
· Ensuring the team stays focussed on their goals by logging issues, liaising with other departments where required and helping to identify and remove blockers
· Working closely with team lead to ensure product roadmap aligns to business and can be delivered
· Works under some supervision of a more experienced Project Manager
· Report project status and establishes an effective communication plan for all stakeholders
· Responsible for the management of a project team
· Assisting with expected project costs and duration, and sharing with relevant departments to ensure adequate funding is available for product development
· Excel to qualifications
· Understands the financial impact of change and risk on a project and routinely manages commercial and timeline constraints on projects.
· Re-negotiating with clients’ additional requests and manage expectation

Qualifications

What we expect you to bring:

· University degree with a high numerical content (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
· 1-2 years of experience in the field of Project Management
· Experience with MS Project Professional
· Agile certification or/and experience
· Jira and Confluence experience
· Practical experience with Scrum
· Facilitating Scrum Events following the hybrid Agile model, seeking for transparency, inspection, and adaptation
· Advanced Knowledge in Project Management concepts
· Fluent English – written and spoken
· Building positive connections
· Conflict Management
· Problem solving
· Ownership
