people for the role of Contact Centre Consultant with Finnish or Dutch and English - Work
from home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Be the friendly face of the company, handling complaints, questions, and chats;
* Listen well and lead when solving consumer issues;
* Give extra care to tricky situations;
* Know our products inside out and what customers expect from each one;
* Pitch in with the team and help make our service even better.

Requirements:
* Speak Finnish, or Dutch fluently, and have strong English skills;
* Chat and talk with ease, and really listen to the customers;
* It's a plus if you've done customer service before;
* Proactive and good at organizing and thinking on your feet;
* Enjoy working with others and stay positive.
