Our current client is a leading global business process outsourcing company with strong presence on the Bulgarian market. On their behalf, we are currently looking for talented and motivated Back-office and Customer Support Specialist who would like to join their new project and support the customers of a well-renowned global healthcare insurance provider.

Responsibilities:
Guiding customers through the process of installing and testing product;
Guiding customers through basic troubleshooting checks on equipment to assess faults;
Accurately recording details of all calls received and made using CRM system and other databases;
Checking during each call that the customer record is complete, relevant, and up to date;
Entering data into the relevant systems and creating/updating accounts.

Requirements:
Excellent level of English (C1);
Great communicational skills;
Able to demonstrate empathy;
Organizational skills;
Multitasking ability;
Good level of computer literacy;
Previous experience in outsourcing and/or customer service experience in any field will be a plus.
