Due to our client`s business needs, we are in search of a highly motivated professional to join the company at the position of: Technical Support Specialist
Key requirements:
- Proven technical background - knowledge of electrical motors, drives or similar equipment;
- Relevant university degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office package (especially Excel), Outlook
- Flexibility to impact the business;
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Helping to prepare the technical aspects of offers, including standard pricing and trading conditions;
- Determining the most technically appropriate and cost effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process;
- Supporting the sales team by providing advice on technical solutions, products, systems and applications;
- Offering specialized training on products, solutions and services. Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
- Contributing technical details and perspectives in at various stages, and delivering technical presentations, drawings and demonstrations of complex product issues.
