Qualifications & Competencies required:
Reporting to the Group SAP Support Supervisor, you will be responsible and accountable for:

Providing SAP ERP support for the legal entities in the operating countries
Providing effective end-users support
Proposing & implementing SAP ERP Optimizations for improving organization‘s effectiveness and productivity, Test deliverables and Roll-out the final solutions to end users
Providing internal training, IT manuals & user guides
Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of the interfaces between Front-Office Systems and SAP
At least 2 years of working experience in SAP ERP Support.
Knowledge of SAP ERP MM/SD Modules
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area
Good command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong Customer Focus and Achievement drive
Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to support users in the region effectively
Ability to prioritize work and plan effectively
Analytical way of thinking and understanding of business operations
Ability to always be compliant with organization’s & IT procedures
Teamwork

Qualifications considered as an asset:
Experience on SAP ERP implementation and support (preferably in the retail sector)
Previous participation in multinational projects
Basic Knowledge of SAP FI Module, SAP XI/PI & Microsoft SQL.
