Human Resources Supervisor

Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and implementing effective HR strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Leading the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, and hiring new employees
• Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
• Promoting relevant & inclusive HR programs and policies
• Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, with the support of BPs
• Supporting annual employee performance reviews
• Enhancing people's experience and organizing team-building activities
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Must Have:
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of basic payroll practices.
• 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
• Excellent Knowledge of the English Language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; HR Systems
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

Nice to Have:
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
• Business Acumen
• Deep knowledge of employment/labor laws
