JUNIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST


At the beginning, you will participate in our internal initial training program and after that, you will be given the opportunity to:

- Write and publish job advertisements in different portals for sourcing suitable candidates;
- Initial screening of job applications;
- Conduct interviews with candidates and evaluate them based on interview questions and different tests/tasks;
- Participate in different career events, job fairs, career days (online and/or onsite);
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide them with feedback;
...and many more interesting and challenging tasks!


Key requirements for the role:

- University degree or a student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Economics, or other relevant specialty (preferably 3rd, 4th or last year student);
- Deep interest in the field of Human Resources (HR), especially in talent management;
- Very good command of the English language - both written and spoken;
- Self-organised, self-motivated, and positive person;
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong time management and communication skills.


Advantages:

- Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, French, etc);
- Previous professional experience or internship programs in Human Resources or recruitment processes.
