Senior Relationship Manager


You will identify new business opportunities, establish contacts with potential customers, and maintain relationships with existing ones. This includes conducting thorough research on their needs and offering suitable products, services, and solutions. You will be responsible for checking customer eligibility and verifying their credit dossiers. Additionally, you will track the progress of current deals, set deadlines for various activities, and conduct follow-ups after the successful finalization of each deal. Finally, you and the team will set annual and monthly budget goals and ensure their successful fulfillment.


Essential requirements for the role:

- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position;
- 5+ years of experience in the banking sector
- Experience in building and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with corporate customers;
- Familiar with banking regulations and ability to analyse financial statements;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, high business etiquette;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Very good command of the English language (both written and verbal);
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other economical related field is a plus but it is not mandatory.
