Manpower Bulgaria is currently looking for one of its client - a multinational manufacturing company, for a:

Facility Manager

Position Summary:
Management of all production, logistics, planning, maintenance operations in the coordination and strategy of the company.

Main Responsibilities and key characteristics:
- Manage and responsible for the production process;
- Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value added costs and increase revenues;
- Prepares annual production budget, responsible for the overall production plan in close corporation with the head office;
- Manage all logistics processes;
- Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates;
- Manage the factory facilities in a proper and competent way.

Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 15 years’ experience (at least 7-8 years in management positions) - preferably in production company;
- Advanced level of English;
- Flexible to work with different cultures in a Global Environment;
- Willing to improve her/his team and him/herself;
- Self-motivated.
