Yazaki Corp. is one of the biggest Multinational Companies in automotive business with more than 400 factories all over the world. “Yazaki Bulgaria” EOOD was found in 2007 and at the moment has approximately 5000 employees.

Currently we are looking for a creative and dynamic person to join a team of professionals in our HR Department as Communications and employer branding specialist.
Responsibilities include though may not be explicitly limited to:
Employer branding
Creates and leads the implementation of the overall strategy, programs, campaigns, events and processes to increase the awareness of the employer reputation and brand;
Build long- and midterm strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the region;
Develops all employer career webpages and alternative online HR marketing channels to enhance the visibility of job ads;
Develops and implements multi-channel social and digital employer reputation strategy to foster talent pipeline;
Monitors the Employer branding program effectiveness;
Communications
Following the business needs and defined priorities, designs and develops communication program to support the implementation of the desired company culture;
Designs and implements induction and onboarding process to support smooth joining of new hires;
Coaches and supports the management team in applying the right communication techniques, wording and visuals that express the true values and principles of the company culture;
Organizes and facilitates workshops about the company core values and culture;
Develops (approves external) surveys and questionnaires to diagnose the employee satisfaction;

Our requirements:
• Master/ Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English language /written and spoken/
• Excellent computer skills
• Previous experience on a similar position will be strongly appreciated
• Initiative

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to take responsibility
