Silver Star Motors EAD is the official representative and importer for Mercedes-Benz, Setra and FUSO. In 2022 we acquired exclusive rights for distributing a new exciting brand – INEOS Grenadier.

Due to expanding the number of its facilities, the company is looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a:

Facility manager


The main location is situated in Sofia City.

Responsibilities:

- In charge of the good condition of all Silver Star EAD buildings;
- Coordinating the repair activities on site;
- If needed conducting a research and collecting offers from external firms to present to the company’s management;
- Controlling the level of hygiene on premises and garden landscape;
- Organizing the work of security guards in the entrusted facilities;
- Managing a budget for needed repairs and and overall maintenance;
- In charge of fire and emergency safety;

Requirements:

- Experience – at least 2 years on a similar position;
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (advantage);
- Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian;
- Use of Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail;
- Proactive person with a strong sense of responsibility and loyalty;
- Driving license – Cat. B;
