SERVICE ENGINEER – metal-cutting machines

IKIS Group – a company designing and manufacturing innovative, hi-tech and high quality metal-cutting machines, lighting systems and metal details is currently looking to employ:

SERVICE ENGINEER – metal-cutting machines

Duties and responsibilities:
Remote and on-site maintenance of machines
Taking part in the assembly process of machines under production
Part of the servicing team for the machines available in the production unit of the company
First line of support for customers – managing a ticketing system
Visiting clients during installation of the newly sold machines
Training customers’ operational staff
Communicating relevant issues to sub-contractors
Escalating relevant issues to the Senior Management of the company

The ideal candidate has:
Master Degree in Mechatronics, Machine Engineering or Automation
Hands-on experience in electrical, electronics and mechanics, especially related to CNC machines
Highly-organised, self-disciplined and with a great attention to details
Pro-active, able to analyse and take motivated decisions
Curious, eager to learn and develop professionally
Ability to communicate with customers and handle stressful situations
Very good written and spoken English
Proficient computer user – MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
Ability to travel in Bulgaria and abroad
