Our client is a well-established production and distribution FMCG company with a recognized brand name. On behalf of this company we are looking for Chief Accountant.

COMPETENCIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Very good knowledge and understanding of the accounting and tax laws and regulations –National Accounting Standard (NAS), IFRS, Corporate Tax Law, VAT Law, Tax Insurance Procedure Code, Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses Act;
• Accounting experience in a manufacturing company is a must;
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process according to local legislation, IFRS, and applicable company standards;
• Preparation of budgets and annual reports;
• Meeting deadlines and ensuring correctness of all types of documents and reports;
• Support of the preparation of documentation on project related matters;
• Cooperation with external auditors, fiscal authorities, banks and other institutions;
• Strict compliance with corporate and local accounting policies and procedures;
• Work in a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accountancy;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Chief Accountant;
• Ability and experience working with Ajur;
• Strong analytical thinking, time planning and organizational skills;
• Good command of English will be an advantage;
• Excellent MS Office knowledge (Advanced Excel);
• Good communication skills;
• Disciplined, precise and multitasking individual.
