For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Business Development professional to join their team.


Responsibilities:

• Provide customer perspective in factory management team (outside-in view)
• Provide local business intelligence and competitive data
• Analyze sales/factory performance
• Mid- and long term forecasting
• Facilitate development of factory strategic action plan and KPI follow-up
• Maintain assortment
• Bring new business to the factory (load the factory)
• Contribute to NMOs ,NCOs and ETOs (work packages)

Communication & Proactive sales support:

• Contribute with product knowledge
• Act as factory coordinator in industrializing and implementing new offers
• Provide training of factory capabilities via seminars, customer visits, etc.
• Respond to ad hoc questions
• Coordinate fire fighting, escalation cases and complaint handling
• Communicate changes in material or processes to customer through sales


RFQ Process Management:

• Governing proper process for inquiry processing
• Coordinating key inquiries
• Analyze lead time and hit rate
• Supporting marginal business case
