As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team in an organization delivering top-notch recruitment services.

Your responsibilities include:

- Develop new business and retain existing clients;
- Proactively research companies and approach potential customers through cold calling/emailing, LinkedIn, network events, etc.;
- Builds trust and relationships with clients aiming to bring more, and expand the current business as much as possible.
- Participate in the annual Sales strategy of the company;
- Participate in regional/national conferences, training, and seminars.

To excel in this role, we expect you to have:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales and/or Business Development;
- Conversational level of English both written and verbal;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and delivery skills;
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
