We are looking for a motivated Technical Solutions Engineer (Pre‑Sales) to join the Sofia office of a well‑established international manufacturer and provider of innovative heating and hot‑water solutions, with decades of experience and a strong global presence.

This role combines engineering and sales, focusing on understanding customer needs, designing optimal technical solutions, and supporting the sales process through expert pre‑sales consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and system solutions
Provide pre‑sales technical consultation for heating, hot‑water, and HVAC solutions
Present product features and functionalities to clients
Respond to technical inquiries and provide timely, professional solutions
Coordinate closely with engineering, supply, and internal sales teams
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation, price lists, and marketing materials
Provide post‑sales technical support and troubleshoot issues when needed
Stay up to date with product innovations, industry trends, and market developments

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in a pre‑sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role
Background in HVAC, heating systems, or energy solutions is a strong advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
