Currently for one of our partners, one of the leaders in the US Auto Transport industry, Adecco is looking for:
Customer Support Agent - 1 month project
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze customer requirements and offers them support and solutions;
• Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails as a receiver and caller;
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
• Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone
• Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone
To perform the job successfully, the candidate should have:
• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level
• Starting date - 10.12
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to details
