Medical Regulatory Specialist

* The position is for a period of 1 year.


General Duties:

Manage all the processes related to promotional material review and approval (i.e. review flows, priorities, outsourcing, metrics, SOP, implementation of regional initiatives).
Ensures that all content is truthful, accurate, clear, scientifically balanced, and non-misleading.
All medical and scientific statements within content / material are supported by reliable and appropriate scientific evidence.
All content / material adheres to applicable country laws and regulations, industry guidelines, Our Company’s Code of Conduct, Policies and SOPs, and is respectful in terms of taste and tone.
Communications are appropriate based on the intended audience (e.g., Patient, Healthcare Professional (HCP), or Payor).

Requirements:

Medical education - pharmacist or physician;
Language skills - Bulgarien language + English /both proficient;
Experience in an international company in a similar position for at least 1 year]
Very good computer skills – Excel and MS office;
Organized, attention to detail, cooperative;
Demonstrate high responsibility, professionalism, meticulousness and attention to details in all matters including multitasking;
Have a compliance mind-set with strong focus on adherence to industry guidelines, Company policies and financial transparency;
Pro-active/flexible/discrete mindset.
