Yazaki Corp. is one of the biggest Multinational Companies in automotive business with more than 400 factories all over the world. “Yazaki Bulgaria” EOOD was found in 2007 and at the moment has approximately 5000 employees.

Currently we are looking for a reliable yet flexible and dynamic person to join a team of professionals as Quality Management System /QMS/ specialist

Main purpose of the position: Control and maintaining of Quality management system, verification of its effectiveness and continuous improvement

Key tasks:
• Control of the documents of QMS - maintains the procedure for control of documents and monitors its effectiveness, maintains corporative and local QMS documents on internal server;
• Coordinates the process audits;
• Participates in QMS and process audits;
• Preparation of reports of internal/external audits ;
• Reports Plant status follow up;
• Maintains the customer specifications and their list;
• Provides QMS information to the other departments when necessary.

Our requirements:
• Technical University Degree (in Quality domain is an advantage);
• Knowledge of QMS standards ISO 9001 and IATF 14949 (prior experience with these standards is an advantage);
• Knowledge of VDA standards is an advantage;
• Fluent in English language - written and spoken;
• Excellent computer skills; Fluent in English;
• Extraordinary planning and prioritizing skills; excellent attention to details;
• Motivation and willingness to develop personal skills and knowledge and acquire new;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good social and interpersonal relations (internal and external).
