Our client is a leader in the field of trading and industrial processing of steel products. For them, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as:

Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:
Preparation of Specs to suppliers, communicating offers, prices, delivery and payment terms;
Preparation of comparison tables, preparing counter-proposals to suppliers;
Sending orders and communication with suppliers for signing contracts;
Inserting all purchase orders in SAP for stock needs;
Sending Special Customer Enquiries to suppliers; Processing offers and finalizing the one approved by the GM and Sales Manager; Sending orders to suppliers;
Inserting purchase orders in SAP for special customer enquiries;
Ordering material on consignment from the Group according to sales department needs;
Processing claim reports from Technical department;
Inserting in SAP the material received by invoice and by truck;
Inserting in SAP the material received in the warehouse;
Finalizing PO in SAP when order completed.
Requirements:
University degree in Economics or other relevant;
An MBA from an acknowledged institution would be an additional advantage;
At least 3 years of relevant experience;
Excellent command of the English language;
Knowledge of ERP system SAP is a big advantage;
Advanced Excel skills;
Good interpersonal skills & emotional intelligence;
Good communication and organizational skills;
