Injection Moulding Team Leader
For the needs of our client, a worldwide leading company in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to step in the position of:

Injection Moulding Team Leader – Ref. IMTL

Responsibilities:

• Management of the whole injection moulding production process;
• Assemblage of tools of machines, process setups adjustment and 6-axis robot programming;
• Monitoring of the good technical condition of the injection molding machines and taking preventive actions if needed;
• Injection Operators training;
• Identification of necessary materials for production and maintenance;
• Preparation of necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in plastic injection tool manufacturing, tool assembly or tool maintenance ( electrical injection machines would be considered as an advantage);
• Experience on electrical injection machines FANUC ( 6-axis robot programming would be considered as an advantage) ;
• High School / University degree with Technical major or relevant education in plastic injection moulding;
• Strong people management and communication skills;
• Pro-active person with excellent problem solving skills and drive to achieve results.
