Our partner is a U.S company and a leading provider of transformation and outsourcing services to global companies in multiple industries including insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, transportation and travel.
For their HR team we are currently looking for Junior HR Generalist who will manage the personnel administrative tasks according to all enforceable legal requirements/internal procedures.

Key responsibilities:
Employment contracts and other type of documents that are employment related (terminations, addendums, various employee certificates)
Consolidating the attendance sheet for payroll processing (lsick leaves, annual leaves, extra time compensations, etc; bonuses, lunch tickets to be ordered, deductions, etc)
Updation of various trackers and statistics like: employees personal details, employees salaries, recruitment database and other HR relevant statics, as per requirements
Conducting the Induction orientation for new hires
Contact with various labour authorities/institutions
Attend regular training sessions on topics related to health and safety at work or any other topics

Requirements:
University Degree, preferably in an HR related field
At least 1 years of exposure to HR processes and functions is a must.
Excellent knowledge of personal admin tasks
Effective communication & interpersonnel skills
Good command of English
