Our client is an automotive parts manufacturing company. One of the world's largest suppliers of auto thermal management systems.

Due to our client`s business needs, we are in search of a highly motivated professional to join the company at the position of: Process Engineer

Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Process Engineer.
Strong understanding of production processes, process optimization, and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Fluency in English.

Main activities and responsibilities:

Develop and adapt production processes for new production and validation of automotive equipment and machining.
Create new Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA), flow charts, control plans, standardized work instructions, and balance charts.
Actively participate in global New Product Development (NPD) project teams, providing insights and expertise to facilitate successful product launches and production processes.
Investigate production-related problems and propose innovative solutions to enhance process performance.
Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure alignment on process specifications, quality aspects, product specifications, and equipment continuity.
