Your responsibilities and task will be:
• 360 on customer activity
• Being customer focal point & ambassador in our organization
• Lead “customer centric approach”
• Maintain fluent connection with the customers
• Leading different projects per customer
• Reviewing & promoting customer activity on different aspects
Required skills:
• 3+ Years as Customer relations/service in global company
• University education
• Fluent level of English – written and spoken
• Computer proficiency with good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack – Outlook, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to present the company in the best way
• Service oriented
• Good interpersonal communication
• Organized and self-motivated
• Analytical abilities
• Thoroughness, mission oriented, initiative
• Ability to work in a team & as independent
• Ability to work under pressure
• Negotiation skills
• Assertive
