On behalf of one of our clients, an established company with many years of experience, we are looking for an Executive Assistant/ Office manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing active assistance in the daily business activities of the manager of the company - preparation for meetings, coordination of schedules, preparation of documents, provision of information;
• Coordinating the daily activities in the company, with priority tasks set by the manager;
• Coordinating the communication and the information flow internally (from and to the manager and other heads of departments) and externally (official business correspondence with Bulgarian and foreign partners, state institutions);
• Properly organizing and archiving project documentation, business and company documentation;
• Receiving telephone calls and inquiries to the manager/ heads of departments, processing them in the appropriate order;
• Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, accommodations, and logistics.

Requirements:

• University degree in the field of Public Relations, BA or other relevant;
• Professional administrative experience as Executive Assistant, Office assistant or similar role;
• Excellent command of Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written;
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, skills to cope with several tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word);
• Event management experience is advantageous;
• Finance/ Accounting experience is advantageous.
