Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its international partners –for an ambitious candidate to join their CS Team! The company is a leader in the energy sector, committed to sustainable energy for everyone. We are currently seeking Quality Client Support with German to join their team.

Quality Client Support with German - Fully Remote


Responsibilities:
Consultation Calls (Scheduled Appointments)
Outbound calls (45 mins each) to clients ordering website products.
Approval Calls (Scheduled Appointments)
Outbound calls (30 mins each) to review initial website drafts.
Log client change requests and support website publication.
Caring Calls (Outbound)
Emails and Inbound Calls


Requirements:
Fluency in German Minimum Level C1/C2;
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively;
Fluent in English (B2-C1);
Strong problem-solving skills;
Experience in customer service;
Strong computer skills;
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
